The soil structure (GS) previously obtained by PS [18] and WM [60] corresponds to the soil structure (GS) previously obtained by B3LYP and B3LYP-D3. MP2 and M06-2X indicate that [N1]-gcgttgtt is the lowest energy structure and is lower than the [N1]-ttggtgtt GS previously proposed in WM`s MP2 calculations. comparison of spectra calculated for [O1t]-ctgttttt; [N1]-gcgttgtt and the stockings [N1]-ttggtgtt and [N1]-tcgctgtt conforming to the IRMPD spectrum obtained by WM show that [O1t]-ctgttt and [N1]-ttgggtgtgtt are the dominant species formed under experimental conditions. in line with the previous World Cup conclusions (which did not take into account the other two compliant [N1]). The study of neutral GGG and signaling pathways for cis-trans isomerization of H+ GGG suggests that: The [N1] gcgttgtt and [N1]-tcgctgtt conformors, both of which exhibit a cis peptide bond between the first and second residues, are probably not formed in solution or in the electrical spray ionization process, which explains why they are not obvious species in the IRMPD spectrum. The presence of [O1t]-ctgttttt and [N1]-ttgggtgtt corresponds to PM2 populations calculated at 298 K, while the energies B3LYP, B3LYP-D3 and M06-2X would indicate that only species [O1t] should be present. We also find that the interconversion of [N1]-ttggtgtt and [O1t]-ctgttttt requires overcoming a significant barrier, indicating that both types are likely formed directly in solution or in the process of electric spray ionization. However, interconversion can occur after activation due to a collision, so the two isomers share common temperament TSs for decomposition. In this study, we report for the first time on two different protocols for the installation of NCNDs in supramolecular hydrogel, composed of an uncovered tripeptide, DLeu-Phe-Phe, and characterize the system by rheometry, fluorescence, circular dichroism (CD), FTIR spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (RPT) and differential grid geometry (DSC). Since this tripeptide is able to form a hydrogel with mild antimicrobial activity and a lack of cytotoxicity in vitro [26], this novel system could be useful for the development of wound healing applications [28], luminescence may be beneficial for visually tracking the presence of hydrogel and the ability of its components to penetrate through derma [29]. .
