The 2016 VACo Annual Conference logo was created to represent the theme chosen by the Conference Planning Committee: “Building Bridges: Connect, Collaborate, Innovate.”
Local governments are constantly involved in building bridges. Elected officials and county staffs build bridges between local governments and the citizens they represent. Citizens build bridges in the community. VACo Associate Members build bridges to government leaders and staff by offering their products and services specific to county needs.
In other words, VACo Members are involved in connecting, collaborating and innovating new and thoughtful ways to serve our citizens. Our strength comes from our unity, our connections.
