HJR 50 (Webert) directs the Department of Education to study the effect of local use value assessment when calculating the Local Composite Index. Results from the study are to be submitted to the General Assembly no later than the first day of the 2017 Legislative Session. HJR 50 was referred to the Studies Subcommittee of the House Rules Committee.
