After some negotiations, HB 757 (Robert Bell) was amended to require a minimum of three minutes of public comment on each agenda item by each person desiring to make comments. Subcommittee #2 of the House Counties, Cities and Towns Committee considered the bill and tabled it – effectively defeating the proposal.
