Annual Conference

VACo holds the Annual Conference in November.  The conference features a keynote speaker, exhibit hall, workshops and sessions on topics of interest for county officials. In 2008, we'll meet at The Homestead Hotel on Nov. 9-11. 

Exhibitor Information
2007 Exhibitors have until March 1 to renew the same booth in 2008.  After March 1, exhibit booths will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  Deposits are required with an application in order to reserve a booth, even if the specific booth is not known at the time of request.  Each confirmed exhibitor will have the opportunity to reserve one room at The Homestead when they are released on June 15.

County Supervisors' Forum
The association also sponsors a Supervisors Forum held in January on even-numbered years.  This conference is geared toward new and incumbent county supervisors and features sessions on the Freedom of Information Act, ethics, board relations and many other topics.
