Vendors who participated in the 2008 Annual Conference have from now through March 2, 2009 to renew their current location. After March 2, all unreserved booths are reassigned and offered to other interested parties.

RAFFLE ITEMS
VACo encourages exhibitors to donate items to the annual raffle, which will be held at the end of the VACo business meeting on Tuesday. A mini-raffle, which is made up of a portion of the donated items, will be held Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. Raffle winners are determined by drawing their names from the box of completed Bingo cards. Vendors should make sure a company or organization business card is attached to the donated item to ensure proper recognition during the drawings.
FREE BOOTH FOR 2010
The drawing for a free booth will be held right after the mini-raffle. The 2007 winner was Alpha Corporation; the 2008 winner was Wendel Companies. Will you be the lucky winner for 2010?
FISH BOWL DRAWINGS
Vendors may have their own separate "fish bowl" drawings if they so desire, and post the winners’ names on the bulletin board next to the VACo Registration Desk. Exhibitors are responsible for delivering fish bowl drawing prizes.
