We hoped you enjoyed VACo's first-ever Gubernatorial Spotlight series featuring candidates Bob McDonnell and Creigh Deeds. It was inspired by you, the voter, and the questions, concerns and interests from our many local government friends.

The videos were shot live-to-tape--none of the answers were edited--allowing for the kind of sincerity that will help you select Virginia's next governor on Nov. 3.

We would like to thank Lisa Schaffner for her professionalism and remarkable talent. For us, she was the perfect journalist to interview the candidates. We also would like to thank David Allen and his production crew at Dominion Virginia Power. As you can see, the production value was second-to-none.

VACo encourages county governments, businesses and the media to post these videos on their Web sites and to pass the link to local school boards, classroom teachers and other interested Virginians.

Here are the URL addresses and the embedded codes of the videos. Please contact Gage Harter if you have trouble posting the videos or passing along the link.

Please remember to vote on Nov. 3.
