RAFFLE ITEMS
VACo encourages exhibitors to donate items to the VACo raffle, which is held at the end of the VACo business meeting on Tuesday. A mini-raffle, made up of a portion of the donated items, is held Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the exhibit hall. Raffle winners are determined by drawing names from the completed Bingo cards. The "big raffle" is held Tuesday after the business meeting and immediately prior to adjournment. Vendors should include a business card or some other identification on the donated item to ensure proper recognition during the drawings.
FISH BOWL DRAWINGS
Vendors may conduct their own separate "fish bowl" drawings if they wish but it is the vendor’s responsibility to post the winners’ names on the bulletin board (located by the VACo Registration Desk). Exhibitors are responsible for notifying winners & delivering fish bowl drawing prizes.
FREE BOOTH FOR 2011
The drawing for a free exhibit booth in 2011 was held Monday, Nov. 9, 2010. The lucky winner was Howard Shockey & Sons. Congratulations!
