Julie joined the VACo Team on April 1, 2026. Julie earned her Juris Doctor of Law from the University of Richmond School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. She previously served as General Counsel at the Virginia Spaceport Authority, and worked over 20 years for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General and Department of General Services. Julie lives in Richmond and in her spare time, she can be found spending time with family and friends, enjoying Virginia’s great outdoors, and traveling.
